Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Certain treatments (including GLP-1 medications) may be offered as subscriptions. By enrolling, you agree that: - Your subscription will renew automatically at the billing interval you select, unless you cancel before your next billing date - You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file - You will be charged the listed price at signup, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, and required service fees disclosed at checkout
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. To avoid charges, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date. Charges already processed are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered. If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, you will receive a full refund, including any consultation fee. Other limited exceptions (such as duplicate or erroneous charges) may be reviewed case by case. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
All Prescription Sales Are Final
Due to the prescription nature of our medications, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed or shipped, prescription products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Changes to Terms
We may update subscription pricing or terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email or your account and will apply to future billing cycles only.
