Some medications may be compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded medications before they are marketed.

Because medical services, provider reviews, administrative processing, pharmacy processing, lab work, medication compounding, and medication fulfillment may begin shortly after purchase, some fees may be non-refundable once services have started.
Fees may be non-refundable once any of the following have started: provider review, medical consultation, lab processing, prescription processing, pharmacy fulfillment, medication compounding, shipping, or other third-party services.
Memberships or subscriptions may be canceled according to the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, in your account, or in the applicable program materials. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.
OnlyHuman reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
