It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription. To cancel, you must do so at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your renewal date by visiting your patient portal. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before your renewal date will not take effect until the following subscription period, and you will be charged for the upcoming renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits through the end of that period.

Your renewal date is calculated based on the subscription duration from your original purchase date. Each product has a unique subscription duration. Check the applicable product page for specific details regarding your renewal cycle.

If you are paying in installments, you remain responsible for the full balance of the current subscription period regardless of when you cancel. Cancellation does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any remaining installments for the active subscription term.
